1 out of 5 starsLet me begin by saying something nice- I love the hats! HOWEVER.... I placed my order for 2 pink hats on November 2nd (51 days ago) and I still do not have the correct items. The original order was shipped in November 18th but the hats never made it to my house and Joy wasn't able to find the tracking. Replies were slow after that and finally on December 13th I received a shipping confirmation. The items arrived at my house on December 17th BUT were blue and pink instead of 2 pink. I immediately sent a message to Joy and received an automatic reply that her shop is closed until January. At this point in time, I am disappointed because i just want my correct order that I paid for 52 days ago and I don't want to have to deal with this anymore. Joy- please reply to my Etsy conversation, email or Facebook message.
